Do I have to download the casino software?
You have the option of downloading the software or using our Flash version. However, the Flash version comes with a limited amount of games. Flash games can be played while the casino software download is running in the background.

How do I add the software to my computer?
When the download is finished, a Download complete box will pop up on the screen. Open the Install Wizard to download immediately. Should you click Close, the Install Wizard can be started by simply double clicking on the RoxyPalace_W3.exe logo on the Desktop or whichever location you saved the file in. When installing the casino software, make sure your Internet connection is up and running.

Before the installation process, the Readme file is available for viewing which explains a lot of software information.
