Gaming Standard for Slot Machines

Stakeholders and interested parties have been notified that they have the ability to participate in an area that they have not really been invited to participate before. They can, if they so desire, participate in the development process of the Sustainable Gaming Standard. The committee that develops it will be developing the standard for approval by the American Standards Institute.

They will be looking at all aspects of slot machines and determining the best course of action for the industry. They will look at environmental, social and economic performance of the slot machines, and will apply that information at every level of the slot machine process. They will look at each level of the slot machine and gaming industry supply and delivery chain, and will look to see how they might move forward from the recommendations.

They are going to look to see how they might be able to change the way that slot machines are both created and developed, and manufactured so that they can change both the amount of energy used and the materials that are used to be more environmentally sound.

The Leonardo Academy is the organization that has taken over the slot machine review process and they say that they have received tons of applications from members of the slot machine industry. They range from all aspects of slot machine development and manufacturing, and they will be choosing from those that applied and then listing them on their website at http://www.leonardoacademy.org/Projects/SustainableGaming.html.

They said that they are thrilled with not only the number of applicants, but also the quality. They feel that they will be able to do a great service to the slot machine industry.
