Bally Slot Machine Results Are In

Bally Technologies announced today that they will be filing its Form 10-Qs for the fiscal quarters ending September 2005 and December 2005 on or before the 22nd of this month. The slot machine company has asked for an amendment on a bank loan agreement – an extension for the final two 2006 filings to March 15,2007. The slot machine giant had found an internal error that forced them to redo their filings, and they are now playing catch-up.

Bally Technologies has been designing, manufacturing, operating, and distributing slot machines since 1932. They have reel spinning slot machines, video slots, wide area progressive slot machines, Class II and Class III slot machines, as well as many central determination games and platforms. They also offer slot machine casino management, slot machine accounting, bonusing and cashless and table management solutions.

The slot machine company thinks it can meet the deadlines it has set for itself, there can be no guarantee that they will – or if the amendment will be approved. Once they get in their other filings, they will announce what the status of their 2007 Quarterly Reports will be.
