Golden Nugget 30 Year Four Diamond Winner

In what is a difficult thing to achieve, the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino has been awarded AAA’s Four Diamond Award for the 30th year in a row. Only 14 hotel establishments across the country have earned this award for the 30 years or longer. The AAA (Automobile Association of America) is very strict about who gets these awards, so it is quite an honor to receive one – especially this many years in a row.

In fact, in what is considered a banner year for the state of Nevada, they have 19 hotel properties that won the Four Diamond Rating this year. The Golden Nugget is the only Four Diamond property located on the Fremont Street Experience in Vegas.

The slot machine and gaming casino has just undergone a $100 million renovation, and added more restaurants as well as a $20 million pool and shark aquarium called The Tank. Because of the additions and because of their superior customer service the Nugget will continue to be not only a popular landmark, but many feel they will continue their Four Star status for years to come.

The casino has had Four Diamond status since 1977, and is known for exceeding their customers’ expectations. The casino has slot machines, almost 2,000 hotel rooms, video poker machines, table games, restaurants, etc. – everything the typical vacationer or slot machine enthusiast would want.
