New Board
Appointment for Slot Machine Company
Full
House Resorts, Inc., a developer and
manager of slot machine and gaming
facilities, announced that the Board of
Directors has approved Kathleen
Caracciolo as an Independent Director of
the Company and Chair of the Audit
Committee. She is replacing Mark Miller
as Chair of the slot machine company due
to his promotion to CFO and SVP.
Caracciolo is currently the VP of
Finance for Atlantic City Coin and Slot
Service Company, which manufactures and
distributes slot machines. She has a
long history of bring involved in the
gaming and convention arena, and is
looking forward to her new position with
Full House. She also holds slot machine
gaming licenses in Oregon, New Jersey,
Mississippi, and Louisiana.
Full House runs many slot machine and
gaming venues, such as Midway Slots and
Simulcast IN DE, which has 1,581 slot
machines. It also has restaurants, a
racetrack, and entertainment lounge,
etc. It also has an agreement with the
Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the
Potawatomi Indians to bring in 2,000
slot machines to a new casino/resort in
Battle Creek, Michigan.
The company has an agreement with Nambe
Pueblo of New Mexico to bring in a
50,000 sq ft slot machine casino and
with the Northern Cheyenne Nation of
Montana to manage a 27,000 sq ft slot
machine and gaming facility. They have
other deals in the works to add to their
slot machine and gaming empire, and they
feel that Caracciolo is just the person
to get them there.
