The residents of Chester are excited about the new slot machine casino that has opened down the road. Harrah’s opened a new slot machine casino and racetrack in September, and so far things have been pretty good. Just ask the people of the town.

Several people who own small businesses are excited about the slot machine casino coming in as it means there will be more traffic coming down Route 291 – and that traffic might stop into their stores before going to play the slot machines. They are aware that for many of them, the bakery, the restaurants, that Harrah’s slot machines could be a problem as the casino might offer the same things they do.
