Slot Machines Make Hemmings a Rich Man

Trevor Hemmings has not always been a wealthy man – but he is now. He comes from a working class background and is now one of the wealthiest men in Britain. Hemmings owns thousands of pubs, betting businesses, racecourses, etc. But he is now about to add slot machine tycoon to his list of accomplishments.

Eight years ago £74m bought Hemmings a chunk of Blackpool town centre, which is in the running for the Britain’s supercasino. The slot machine mega center is going to go somewhere, and Hemmings could get lucky and it could be him. On January 30th he will find out if he is going to be the owner of many, many slot machines.

The supercasino will hold thousands of slot machines with unlimited jackpots, table games, roulette wheels, etc. – and will completely change the way Blackpool is viewed by the country. Many say that they knew Hemmings was savvy but they didn’t know how savvy he could be. He seemed to know that the time was getting right for slot machines and he purchased the land knowing how valuable it would end up.

However, the Millennium Dome might end up with the slot machine license as many in the government are pushing for that to be the location. But everyone agrees that if politics doesn’t get in the way, Blackpool will be hosting the slot machines and no where else.
