United Coin Taking over Sparks Casino

United Coin Machine Co. of Las Vegas is one of the state’s largest slot machine route operators. This means that they handle bringing in slot machines and changing them out as necessary. They make sure that all of the casinos on their route have the necessary slot machines to have a good offering and they make sure that when slot machines get outdated that they take care to update them. They do not run casinos, simply slot machines.

This is why the latest news out of Sparks, Nevada seems a little strange. The slot machine company has agreed to run a small casino in the town for a group of investors who are located in Missoula, Montana. They say that they feel that the slot machine company is the best one for the job since they are so familiar with the industry already.

Grant Lincoln is the President and CEO of the slot machine company ad he says that as one of the investors in the casino, he feels that they are up to the challenge. The slot machine company was started in 1988 by Daniel Baldwin and is now run by his son Marty and his daughter Sherry Pringle.

Lincoln says that the casino already has a strong customer base and that even though the economy seems bad right now, they are sure that it is going to improve in the near future. He thinks that Reno already did their time and that they have hit the bottom there. They feel that there is only one way to go from here and that is up.
