Bally
Technologies Makes Purchase
Bally
Technologies is pleased to announce that
they have purchased a small Scottsdale, Arizona
based slot machine manufacturer that
goes by the name of Games4You. The slot
machine company is made up of former
employees of Atronic Americas and
Atronic International. When Lottomatica
Group acquired the companies, they split
off into this other subsidiary of the
company.
Bally’s COO Gavin Isaacs said that he
was pleased to be able to offer this new
addition to their company. He said that
the slot machine company had “proven
experience in delivering cutting edge
games that delight players” and he went
on to say that the money that would come
from these slot machines to their
clients would be most welcome.
Many
say that the slot machine manufacturer
was simply taking a page from the play
book of International Game Technology.
IGT is known for taking on smaller slot
machine companies as they not only boost
what the company is worth, but they also
have valuable insight to what they might
be able to offer their clients. They
have already purchased Silicon Gaming,
Acres Gaming and Anchor Gaming.
Bally’s is excited to offer the spinning
reel slot machines that the company had
developed, their video slot machines,
their video lottery machines, and other
propriety gambling technology. They are
going to be able to expand their
business units with the acquisition of
this slot machine company and they could
not be more thrilled. They say that
those people not familiar with what
these people can do are in for a real
treat.
