Parx Casino is Up and Running 

The Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA is finally up and running and patrons could not be happier about it. The new $250 million facility has slot machines and restaurants, and everything one would want from a gambling destination. The crowds waiting in the cold for hours to be some of the first to play their new slot machines said that they couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. They were excited to be a part of local history in the making. 

The first people there said that they were glad that they waited as the casino was everything they thought it would be. Most of them were players at the old casino, and they said that they would wait on lines to play their favorite slot machines. This time they said that they were “overwhelmed” by the number of slot machines that there was to choose from. It was a gamblers dream. 

Some of them say that they were moving from slot machine to slot machine because there were so many choices. But some said that it was tough to move around because there was so much to offer. Some said that they would like to see a larger space for moving around – but that it was still better than what they used to have to pick from.  

There were slot machine players from Atlantic City there – and they said that they used to go over pretty regularly, but that this would keep them in state. They said that it is nice to go over for the beaches and the fun, but it is also nice to have slot machines in your own backyard.
