Poker Circus is Popular

Stanley’s Circus Casino is the place to be in town if you are a poker player in the Midlands. It is not only one of the largest casinos that many have seen, but it offers everything. It has slot machines as well as a very large room for card playing that many casinos don’t offer.

The casino offered a free freezeout, while the Grosvenor offered a £5 freezeout only a couple hundred meters away – so Stanley’s was the better deal. Plus, many say that the staff at Stanley’s is some of the nicest around, always very helpful to new players as well as established clientele. If you have any questions at all, they are more than willing to help you out.

Their tournaments are usually smaller, somewhere around 50 patrons, so everyone got to play a lot. The dealers are professional and very nice, and are quick on the draw (pun intended). They and the Tournament Director are extremely quick to help out anyone having problems. The games start with 8,000 starting chips and a 20 minute clock which many feel is reasonable.

Even the food at the buffet was high quality, and many of these kinds of places it really isn’t. They offer a nice selection, so that it would be difficult to find something you didn’t like. Many say that the clients at the casino are incredibly friendly as well, which makes for a pleasant playing experience as well.

Then of course, if you get tired of the poker playing, you can always go to one of the other table games or slot machines, and there is a bar as well. There is pretty much something for everyone, so don’t be shy – and go give it a try.
