Casino is Finally Open

For those that love slot machines and live in the Shelby area, there is nothing better knowing that they finally have a permanent casino there. The slot machine casino known as Indiana Live! Casino has finally opened the doors to their permanent facility and the good people of the town could not be more thrilled.

They have been waiting for the permanent casino pretty much since the temporary one opened and the excitement was palpable as they started lining up around two or three hours before it was due to open. Traffic was backed up for miles surrounding the casino as players tried to be the first to try the new slot machines in their surroundings.

Even the realization that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake would not be there as promised did not damper their spirits. The slot machines were at full capacity as was the casino itself. By 8 pm the casino was full and a long line had formed outside with people just wanting to try out the slot machines on the first night that they were open.

Casino patrons said that playing the slot machines at the old location was fun, but nothing had prepared them for what was in store for them at the permanent facility. Some said that they liked the temporary place to play the slot machines but that this put that to shame. The new facility was more than 230,000 square feet of slot machines, gaming, restaurants, etc. and they could not have been happier.
