Slot Machines Aren’t the Only Thing in Vegas

There are a lot of things to do in Vegas, although most people think that it is really only about slot machines and gambling. However, the state wants people to realize that they are much, much more than just the sum of their slot machines. They want people to know that they are a destination to be enjoyed by everyone.

Las Vegas was the best place to visit for slot machines for a very long time. People would come to play the slot machines and to gamble, but not much else. However, with the advent of Atlantic City, some of that changed, and although they offered stuff before, it really became a much more high class, family sort of place to hang out.

Now you can go to play the slot machines, or you can go to shows like you can’t find anywhere else. Between the headlining acts like Bette Midler, Cher, etc. and shows like Cirque Du Soleil – it can be tough to figure out which one to go to.

There is also a seedier side to Las Vegas, like strip clubs and sex shows, but it is more than easy to avoid that sort of thing if you want to. The idea that Vegas itself is seedy is long past the time when it may have even been considered remotely so.

There are also clubs and bars, and all other forms of entertainment – or even just simply enjoying one of the amazing hotels that they have to offer. So you can go for the slot machines, or you can go for the slot machines and some amazing sights and shows – we recommend the latter.
