Aruba Hosting Tournament

The online poker site, UltimateBet.com, has announced that they will be holding their poker tournament again this year. They have also announced that the tournament will be held in Aruba for the sixth straight year, which was music to the ears of every tournament player.

The UltimateBet Poker Classic will have a $2.5 million prize pool, which is even more than they offered last year. The event will take place in September, and the sites spokesman, George MacLean, says that players can expects it to be “bigger, better and hotter” than it has ever been before.

Online poker players will compete for the chance to win the Aruba prize package, which is valued at $8,500. They will play at UltimateBet.com and can win the trip though free rolls, etc. The package will include $3,000 for the winner’s travel and accommodations in Aruba, but more importantly, it will also include $5,500 for a seat at the table.

The tournament is a week long celebration held at the end of September, and lets online poker players take a shot at playing with the best of the best. They will be playing will well known poker players, and if they are successful in holding their own, could walk home with a nice chunk of change.

Last year, Devon Miller won the tournament and took home almost $780,000 in cash, and it is expected that that number will be even higher this year. Players can also enter through AbsolutePoker.com.
