Trading Places
Aaron
Todd is determined to get to the World
Series of Poker Tournament, and is
attempting to trade his way to a ticket.
He had been playing the PKR.com online
gambling site, and once the bill was
passed that made it illegal to gamble
online, he has been sitting on a check
for $0.60.
He took that check and traded it with
some one for 500 Golden Palace poker
chips. He then ran into Lee Adams of
Fishers, Indiana, who had won “Pacer for
a Day” with the Indiana Pacers. He had a
basketball signed by the team, and was
offering it on craigslist. Todd traded
his poker chips with Adams and got the
basketball.
Todd is now looking for someone to trade
with him, and believes that if he keeps
trading, eventually his trades will lead
him to a seat at the WSOP gaming table.
He asks that anyone serious in trading
him for the basketball can go to
www.sixtycentmainevent.com and make him
an offer.
His original plan was to take the check
for the 60 cents and play it at the
casino until he made $100 or lost the
whole $0.60. However, once the law was
passed, he couldn’t use the check to
gamble, so he decided trading it was a
better idea anyway.
