Slot Machines
Could be Seeing Change
There are many
reports recently in the news that the
slot machine manufacturers are having
problems because casinos just aren’t
buying more. Usually what happens is a
casino has a slot machine manufacturer
that they use and they stick to their
slot machines. However, if something
goes wrong with a slot machine, or they
simply need an upgrade they call that
manufacturer and they sell them another
one. Of if a popular slot machine comes
out they might buy a that slot machine
to replace one they already offer.
But with less people
gambling, less slot machines are being
replaced and sold. According to reports
in
Las Vegas, their
numbers are drastically down, and they
are afraid of where this is going to
lead them at the end of the day. But
there is talk that all of this might be
turning around.
For those slot
machine manufacturers that are not doing
well at the casinos – they might want to
get their faces in front of the various
states that are adding slot machines to
make up for budget shortfalls. As more
and more states decide to offer slot
machines as a way of bringing in more
money, the slot machine manufacturers
are ready to be the ones to supply them
with what they need.
Those companies like International Game
Technology, WMS Industries, Inc., Bally
Technologies, Inc., or Aristocrat
Leisure Ltd. are all waiting with bated
breath to see where the next new casino
might be popping up.
