Doors Opening This Weekend in Paradise 

Calling all parrot heads! The Margaritaville Casino is ready to be opened this Saturday and you are not going to want to miss it. The casino opens its doors at the Flamingo at noon this weekend, and you are not going to want to be anywhere but there. For Jimmy Buffet fans, there is no place like home! 

The casino has no Margaritaville themed slot machines, but they say that depending on how this goes there is no reason to think that there won’t be some coming in the future. What started as a simple song here and there by the Buffetmeister has quickly become a global phenomenon. Between the music, the restaurants, the clothes, and now the casino, there is no reason to think that the company ever plans on stopping. And now that they have their own casino, slot machines seem to be the next logical step. They already have two other casinos planned for groundbreaking over the next year – one in Biloxi and one in Bossier City, LA. 

The Flamingo Casino already had the restaurant by the same name, and now it is linked to a $10 million casino bearing the same name. There is a 15,000 sq ft casino that offers 22 gaming tables, 220 slot machines, and a minimum of 250 new jobs which really excites the people of the area. For those wondering if they will ever see the master himself? Well, rumor has it that he goes to all of his properties, so sit there long enough and you are bound to see him.
