Slot Machine Fight

Truy Huu Phung has done something that many people have only dreamt of doing – he physically attacked a slot machine. Phung had been playing the slot machine, obviously not winning, and decided to take out his pent up aggression on the slot machine itself.

However, he is now facing criminal charges, as who knew that it was illegal to attack a slot machine. Sure enough, he was arrested and charged with second degree criminal mischief, a class-D felony in Iowa. He could get five years in prison for attacking the slot machine!

Phung was playing the slot machine at the Catfish Bend Casino, when all of a sudden he started hitting it with his hand. The security cameras caught it all on tape, and when Phung was done beating up the machine he looked around, saw that no one was watching him, and left the casino.

However, casino officials pulled the info from the slot machine and saw that Phung’s club card was the last one played before the attack, and they arrested him. I am sure that most people are feeling sorry for Phung at this point, and hope that he doesn’t get jail time for something many people have wanted to do themselves.
